P/T BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE ASSISTANT needed for a small office with multiple entities. The successful applicant will be dedicated, detail oriented, cheerful, self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible, who strives for superior internal/external service. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Position requirements include:
§ The ability to conduct one’s self in a professional and polite manner at all times;
§ The ability to work well with others;
§ Experience in record keeping and maintaining filing systems;
§ Expertise in MS Office programs;
§ Expertise in QuickBooks Pro including A/R, A/P, and non-profit accounting, 1099 vendor reporting, payroll calculations.
Preference will be given to those with real estate backgrounds, finance/accounting experience, and/or patient care. Willing to train someone who might have the potential we are looking for.
