Leads designs and implements Home Healthcare information systems to multiple facilities, departments, and business lines. Oversees the creation of documentation systems for employees in clinical care delivery as well as all other business functions performed through the use of the Electronic Medical Record. Coordinates projects with Information Technology in order to ensure effective integration of Home Healthcare divisions with other PHS applications. Plans, directs, and coordinates the operational, personnel, and financial activities of the Customer Service Center. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. At least five years experience in a clinical setting of which two years must have been in a management capacity, Home Health and IS experience preferred. Requires knowledge of Federal, State and Accreditation regulations and standards in terms of what and how work is to be done as well as why it is done; including interpretation of data. Knowledge of database development, software use and data analysis.
