Job Description:  Collaborates with the Leadership Team to integrate ongoing performance improvement into clinical and financial operations, as well as supporting a model for ongoing education of staff and evolution of practice and efficiencies. Responsible for promoting a positive culture of accountability and competency in meeting established agency goals.

Experience Required:  Minimum two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a Certified Home Health Agency OR two (2) years of home care nursing experience, plus a master's degree in nursing, public healh, business administration, or another health related field. Knowledge of OASIS.

Education:  Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with at least a bacherlor's degree in nursing or otehr health related field from an accredited college or university; master's degree preferred; current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification; and valid Pennsylvania state drivers license is required.  Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in performing data entry for purposes of electronically documenting clinical information.

Other: This position is for Full-Time Day at the Comfort Care headquarters location across from the main Holy Spirit Hospital Campus.
