YOU CAN! VRI is seeking a Regional Coordinator - Home Installation Network to work with technicians responsible for installing personal emergency response (PERS) or telehealth units for our clients and customers. The Regional Coordinator manages, coordinates and collaborates with home installation technicians to ensure that client work orders are installed on-time with high quality. The Regional Coordinator is responsible for problem resolution with HSR's, clients, and contracted organizations and their representatives so that VRI and our HSR's may provide heroic service.

The Regional Coordinator collaborates and communicates among all departments within VRI to provide information, support and guidance to the HSR's. The candidate will establish and maintain excellent communication with HSRs in order to ensure the on-time completion of installations, disconnects and all services in the most efficient manner and to meet/exceed VRI and HSR department Goals. They will engage daily in HSR telephone queue system, check and return voicemail within a timely manner, and respond to questions or requests in a timely manner. They will provide support to, and work with, HSR Field Coordinators to meet/exceed VRI and HSR Department goals and deliver Heroic Customer Service. The Regional Coordinator monitors and manages open jobs, open late job-orders and on-hold job-orders daily to ensure proper notes and follow-up actions are taking place to complete the jobs on-time and in the most efficient and effective manner. He or She will escalate issues in a timely manner, to the proper contact person both internally and externally to resolve job-order issues and to meet contractual requirements; monitor, maintain and update daily (as assigned) all incoming department emails, incoming department mail, HSR files, HSR email list, HSR coverage and communicates new information with peers in the department to ensure effective HSR support and teamwork within HSR department; act as a liaison between HSRs and all internal departments to effectively communicate contract and customer requirements, company policies, procedures and goals; work with HSR Manager and Compliance Department to ensure HSRs maintain compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements; provides requirements, feedback and recommends guidance to HSR Manager; escalate non-compliance to HSR Manager immediately; review, correct and process HSR Invoicing reports within company guidelines; and much more.

 

Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School Diploma and two years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in a customer service role. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and be very proficient with micro-soft office and a quick learner of company software applications. Must have a positive attitude; the ability to think and respond quickly in a fast-paced work environment; highly proficient at multi-tasking; be detail-oriented; and possess strong time management and customer service skills.Must have contagious passion for their work and has the ability to motivate others in-person and at a distance. Must have a service mentality, can-do attitude, loves to solve puzzles, and takes on challenges as opportunities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, team orientation, multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment, and be willing to work flexible hours, and overtime hours, when needed. This candidate must be able to think at a high-level but also be detail-oriented, work under tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction always keep their eye on meeting or exceeding deliverables.
