Join us at our Northeast 410 Community Based Outpatient Clinic as a FULL-TIME Medical Assistant in San Antonio, TX! As a member of our nursing team, you'll enjoy: competitive pay, health, dental, and life insurance! Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, and closed on nights, weekends and 10 Federal holidays!

Every day is different for a Medical Assistant. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform clerical duties to include, but not limited to: typing, copying, faxing, etc.
  • Complete paperwork on patients.
  • Assure proper and legible identification of specimens.
  • Maintain record of treatment and patient log sheets.
  • Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation of safety procedures.
  • Draw blood.

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • A current unrestricted state license to practice as a Medical Assistant.
  • Must hold a current and valid BLS certification.
  • Outpatient and/or Primary Care experience.
  • Phlebotomy experience is required.
