Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Hospice, the Bereavement Coordinator is the member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team who is responsible for all aspects of the Bereavement Program including developing, implementing coordinating and supervising all activities.
Qualifications
Masters in Social Work.  Two (2) to three (3) years experience in a psychosocial setting providing counseling services. Experience with grief and loss issues preferred.

A pediatric emergency program staffed by board-certified pediatric emergency physicians. An inpatient pediatric unit organized and facilitated by board-certified pediatricians affiliated with Children’s Hospital, Boston. Full-time clinical chairs of surgery, medicine, obstetrics, and emergency care.
