As Outlined in Patient’s Care Plan
-Assist patients with daily living and personal needs which include but are not limited to; eating, drinking, bathing, mouth care, shampooing hair, nail grooming, dressing, undressing etc.
-Transport patients if required to and from beds, chairs/wheelchairs, bedpans, commode/toilet, etc.
-Assist patients with household tasks; meal preparation; making bed, changing linen, laundry, shopping; maintain a clean and safe environment for patient.
-Accurately measure and record patient’s temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by supervisor.
-Report any change in patient’s condition or incidents to management immediately.
-Maintain patient’s records and information and update any files necessary as instructed by management.
-Must attend and provide proof of training program that meets federal/state and Company guidelines
-Must have current homemaker-home health aide certification in good standing from the State where they are currently working
-1 year customer service in Home Health Care (preferred)
