Helping Hand Home Healthcare, Inc. Is a new startup company in the home health care field. So if you want a great company to grow with and gain experience this is it. We are looking for an experienced DON/Agency Supervisor.
-Must be computer literate and enter patients in software and check and fix patients info and other relevant info.
-Be responsible for the recruitment and development of nursing staff.
-Ensure that all nursing personnel follow policies and procedures.
-Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care services.
-Ensure that the facility is in strict compliance with all state and federal guidelines, which includes playing an active role in the preparation for all state surveys, and taking all necessary steps to create a plan of correction.
Requirements:
-Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
-Must have at least 1-3 years experience as a DON or Agency Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility.
-Experience with Medicare (CMS) and Joint Commission standards (JCAHO) to get up to code.
-Also, good communication skills and an applicant who possesses exceptional work ethic and team player skills are mandatory.
-Bilingual a plus.
