Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, providing outstanding customer service, promoting the growth and development of each employee, and supporting the overall needs of The Arc of Anchorage.  Ensure cash register receipts balance at the end of each shift or no later than the end of each week. Maintain flow of goods so that customers are not without any food items on the menu. Accurately maintain all supplies and budget guidelines 

 

Two years' work experience in espresso/ restaurant, with experience working with the deaf, developmentally disabled, and/or mentally ill preferred. Some management experience preferred. High school diploma/GED required.  Must be able to pass background check, current TB vaccination, CPR / First Aid Certification. Valid Alaska Driver's license; proof of auto insurance. Serve Safe Certificate with in 120 days.
