Job Developer

This position provides intake, functional assessment, and job placement, develops relationships with businesses in the community with the outcome being increased job opportunities and placements for the individuals we serve, provide individuals receiving employment services with transportation assistance to include mobility training and coordination or scheduling of transportation services, provides direct and indirect skill training, retention strategies, and quality control, oversees job design, utilization of natural supports, accommodations, fading and integration; may provide job analysis and job proposals, and advocates for employee’s employment needs and interests.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business or a related field preferred. Minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Must be at least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and required level of auto insurance.  Background check and TB test required.
