Quality Technician / Training Instructor

We seek a Quality Technician/Training Instructor to work with management and other agency staff to help provide training and support to agency staff as they learn to provide enhanced support to others that takes into account the personal choice and the preferences of the people we support.


The Quality Technician/Training Instructor provides support to the Quality Enhancement Director in ensuring all aspects of quality assurance, quality enhancement and regulatory compliance within the assigned geographic location.  In addition, is responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating new employee orientation and ongoing training for staff.  All work performed will be to the standards set by the company and the Counsel for Quality and Leadership (CQL).
