As the System Director of Hospice and Palliative Care, you will have 24 hour responsibility for the management functions of Inpatient Hospice, Home Hospice Care and Palliative Care Programs across the system. You wil direct and supervise a diverse work team to accomplish the strategic plan of the organization. You will be responsible for developing staff and to plan, direct, supervise, coordinate and market the Hospice and Palliative Care programs to benefit clients/patients within the hospital and community on a 24 hour basis.
Must have a BSN and MSN, licensed to practice in KY with a proven track record in directing Hospice and Palliative Care programs. Strong fiscal and organizational skills with the ability to lead and effect change. Must be knowledgeable about Hospice billing practices and methodology and be well versed in Hospice regulatory compliance requirements. Minimum of 5 years experience as manager or director or in leading a free standing and inpatient Hospice Program with a proven track record in growing programs and services.
