Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), care-givers, are needed to support and assist adults with developmental disabilities to live life to the fullest, with dignity, as they grow in independence, learn new skills, and grow ever stronger in their walk with Christ. Job Type:
DSPs ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies and procedures. The DSP is someone who will personally contribute encouragement, guidance and genuine concern for the client’s daily accomplishments and promote the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals we serve. We train and certify for medication administration. We conduct on-the-job trainings and coordinate with vendors for additional employee training. We also pay referral bonuses for recruiting top quality employees.
