Provide quality service to company clients in all assigned tasks, while upholding company values at all times.
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction

Receiving and placing telephone calls. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry and uses software programs. Also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems
Serve as account managers for assigned clients. Be the primary contact person for company clients regarding all their concerns.
Provide support to potential and current clients on company website
Assisting in the development of marketing and sales plans.
Prepare sales presentations for site visits or trade shows.
Process sales orders; create, review and process invoices, ship or mail clients’ orders.
Maintaining accurate client, vendor and department databases
Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows as required or requested.
Regularly meets with other staff to exchange information and to discuss issues affecting the company. Participates in formal meetings in order to exchange information and to discuss ways to make the office function more efficiently. Prepares written agendas, causes minutes to be recorded, prepares written summaries of issues and action plans for review by the company president.
Supervises and or performs special projects and other tasks as assigned
