State Sales Director available for our Facilities in Texas
Provides leadership and accountability to a team of Sales Representatives. Coaches, develops, and retains a high performing sales team through motivation, focus, constructive feedback, and recognition.
Responsible for the achievemenyt of admit and cenuse budgets for assigned locations.
Monitors and assesses progress and development of each Sales Representative/Territory.
Immediately addresses any gaps in performance to budgeted expectations.
Builds a high perfoming Sales Team by recruiting and hiring talented Sales Representatives.
Develops a partnership with the State Director of Operations. Creates and supports a shared vision for growth between Sales and Operations.
Reports to the Division Vice President of Sales. Proactively implements all company initiatives. Brings real solutions to all challenging situations.
Sales Management experience required, along with a successful record of over achieving sales related budgets.
Associate's Degree or certification equivalent
5+ years of experience
Prior successful Sales Management experience preferred
Health Care experience required, preferrably home care.
Must be willing to travel extensively throughout assigned area
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
