High school diploma or GED
Currently State Certified as Home Health Aide (with certified services provided within the last 24 months as per OBRA standards)
STNA, BLS, and Home Care & Hospice Certification required (or willingness to obtain within specified time frame)
Graduate of Practical Nurse Program preferred.
One-year prior experience in home care, hospital or nursing home.
Travel is required regardless of inclement weather conditions, causing a safety hazard.
Must have current State of Ohio Driver’s License with good driving record.
Must have own vehicle and car insurance
Must be physically able to turn, position, transfer and transport patients safely
Must be physically and mentally able to perform all essential job functions.
