As a Community Liaison / Account Executive, you will:

Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our Home Health & Hospice care services.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.

Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing

Meet with market and branch management/staff to discuss sales activities, pricing, potential problems, new opportunities, etc.

Act as a liaison between clients and Company staff to resolve problems and provide information on products and services and maintain positive relations.

Meet and counsel with patients and their families in the community, at an account or aboard.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent

A minimum of one year health care or related industry sales experience

Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service needs

Ability to effectively communicate medical services with all levels of the health care

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Formal sales training highly

Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings
