The Recruitment Researcher is responsible for searching VNSNY resume database, Internet job boards and niche sites and pre-screening qualified applicants prior to submitting to Recruitment Specialists for further consideration. Researches potential posting sites to match current and future recruitment strategies in conjunction with recruitment team. Participates in job fairs and other recruitment outreach activities.
Minimum of one year broad-based experience sourcing for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) OR one year of related relevant experience (HR, customer service, sales, marketing, etc.) required. Effective verbal, written and presentation skills required. Strong knowledge of personal computer skills required. Experience using recruitment HRMS systems preferred. General experience in Internet-based recruitment preferred.
