Description: Community Education Coordinator is responsible for establishing, maintaining and managing relationships with the Family/Friends Referral base by providing community outreach programs and services to senior centers, civic groups and associations, clubs, churches, funeral homes and local businesses. Also assists Liaisons, Account Executives and Relationship Specialists. May assist team members by providing administrative support, setting and confirming appointments; will be responsible for creating and maintaining a department wide schedule to ensure that all areas are being sufficiently covered. Will manage all internal communications and appointments set up and confirmations for presentations; may arrange lunches for team members. Will conduct presentations to Community Groups.
Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills. Excellent working knowledge of ACT(CRM) and MS Office software. Must possess strong customer service skills. Previous sales experience helpful. Associates or Bachelor's of Arts/Sciences degree or equivalent experience required.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. -4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends as required.
