Seeking an organized, self-motivated person to fill the spot of Primary Home Care Coordinator. Duties include supervising field attendants, creating and maintaining employee schedules, coordinating between the patient's and the attendants, and maintaining patient's charts. Will require occasional patient home visits.

Requirements: at least two years college, prior management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, at least two years healthcare experience, reliable transportation.

Preferred: bilingual, prior home health experience and/or prior Primary Home Care experience.
