HOME CARE SERVICES DIRECTOR District Health Department #4 will accept applications for the position of Home Care Services Director until the position is filled. DHD#4 serves Alpena, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, and Montmorency counties in NE lower Michigan. CHAP accredited and Medicare certified. Average daily census of 100 clients. Current Michigan RN license required with possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience. Leadership expertise, previous supervisory experience required. Knowledge must include Medicare Conditions of Participation, HIPAA, OASIS, OSHA, and Medicare survey experience.
